Study on EMF screening

This video demonstrates the different levels of screening that materials exhibit when subjected to low frequency RF fields. This demonstration was carried out by York EMC Services under the HEMIS Project, and aims to show the reducing effect that types of material might have on low frequency emissions in the passenger compartment of an electric vehicle.  The materials used are mild steel, copper clad board, brass, stainless steel (non-magnetic), carbon fibre, nickel spray (on card), aluminium, aluminium grid and nickel fibre (40gsm).  More details can be found in the HEMIS D6.1 Deliverable.
